Back Porch

The large back porch is accessible from the living area, kitchen area, or from the staircase next to the two-car garage.  The view above is from the living area doors.  The railing system is stretched stainless steel cable to provide an unobstructed view out into the marsh.  The beauty of this unique lot, in a quiet location with distant views, makes the porch a great retreat.

The flooring is porcelain tile, for an attractive surface.

A propane gas line is stubbed-out next to the grill, but the door into the kitchen, to serve a built-in summer kitchen.

The above panorama shows a portion of the view out over the marsh.  Every major room in the house is designed to be able to have this view.  An amazing array of wildlife travels and feed in this area, including: eagles, osprey, great blue herons, great egrets, snowy egrets, night herons, wood storks, cardinals, ground doves, morning doves, and roseate spoonbills.
