Laundry Room

The laundry room is located near the kitchen, convenient to reach.  This is one feature that makes the single floor living ease.  It is inside the house, climate-controlled, and in its own separate room, rather than a trip outside to the garage or in the skinny hallway from the garage to the kitchen. A tiled shelf, raising the washer and dryer to a more comfortable level, is built in.
