Two Garages

There are two garages, a single-car garage on Daytona Avenue and an oversized two-car garage on 14th Street.  The driveway above, leading to the single-car garage, has parking for 4 cars.  Many houses in Flagler Beach have little or no off-street parking for guests.

The two-car garage faces 14th Street.  It is oversized, allowing two cars to be parked inside, with ample room to open the doors of the cars, and still have room for storage and a workshop.   the garage is fully finished with drywall and baseboards.  The walls have foam-board insulation and the garage door is insulated and hurricane rated. There are two windows on the east side of the garage for natural light and ventilation, and a window on the west side that provides a view into the marsh.  Another major room with a view.  This driveway also allows more off-street parking for guests.
